Video Game Organization XIII Kingdom Hearts Black Leather Trench Coat
Organization XIII is a group of characters fictionalized in the Kingdom Hearts video game series made by Square Enix and Disney. They refer to a class of powerful individuals, having the motive of controlling the power of Kingdom Hearts for their own evil purposes. One thing that sets Organization XIII apart is their very iconic black coats which they don as their uniform.
The black coats used in the game have lots of purposes in lore. First and foremost, the black coats conceal the identity and appearance of the members of the organization. Apart from that, the black coats can also offer protection from darkness and allow blending with heartless, the creatures born out of darkness.
Further, the black coat is said to have magic that enables possible travel across worlds and dimensions inside the fictional graphic novel. This is what Corridors of Darkness has: enabling the member to move fast and undiscovered between places.
The black coats are sleek in design with a high collars, long sleeves, and silver or gold zipper accents. Each of the Organization XIII members wears a black coat more personalized since each one comes with their unique emblem, which is mostly displayed on the back of the coat. The emblem represents almost any member’s position within the organization and is often associated with an element or attribute.
