Returns and Exchanges

Within 25 days of the original purchase date, we allow returns and exchanges. The item must be brand-new, unopened, and in its original packaging or packaging similar to it in order to be accepted. Costumes that have been customized or manufactured to order are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing flaw.

Shipping & Handling: Please be informed that the cost of shipping will not be refunded in the event of a change of mind or erroneous size selection.
